Universal Beijing Theme Park will cover 120 hectares (approximately 300 acres) in Beijing's Tongzhou District. The master plan includes not only a theme park but also an entertainment complex that features retail, dining, and a variety of entertainment options. Additionally, the development will include two resort hotels, which will serve as the central elements of this destination.

A master plan has been developed for a new entertainment district offering a variety of unique experiences, including dining, retail, clubs, bars, and trendy lounges. The project site spans sixty-four hectares in the heart of Haitang Bay. Services for this project included economic analysis, visioning, and conceptual master planning.
Seoul Grand Park, Seoul, South Korea
The Seoul Metropolitan Government organized a competition that received twenty-one entries from around the world, all focused on improving public spaces for citizens and enhancing the area's appeal as a tourist destination, both regionally and internationally. The winning entry, titled "Gaia: The Living World," proposes an integrated entertainment and educational experience designed to revitalize the urban environment while celebrating Korean heritage. Seoul Grand Park, a 560-hectare area that includes an existing zoo and amusement park, has been a vital recreational and entertainment space for the community for thirty years.
