Hwaseong Mixed-Use Development is a comprehensive 425-ha project anchored by entertainment and media industry uses located in Hwaseong City, just southwest of Seoul, South Korea.
Ha’il Edutainment District Master Plan, Ha’il, Saudi Arabia
This 164-hectare mixed-use development master plan encompasses 3.3 million gross square feet dedicated to museums, cultural institutions, sports facilities, recreational areas, and entertainment venues. It is located at the foothills of the spectacular Aja Mountains. The services provided included visioning and the creation of a conceptual master plan.
Universal Beijing Theme Park, China
The theme park and its supporting facilities will be situated on a 120-hectare (approximately 300-acre) site in the Tongzhou District of Beijing. The master plan includes a theme park, an entertainment complex with various retail, dining, and entertainment options, as well as two resort hotels, which will collectively serve as the core components of the destination.
Haitang Fantasy Bay, Hainan Island, China
A master plan has been developed for a new entertainment district that offers a variety of unique experiences, including dining, retail options, clubs, bars, and trendy lounges. The project site spans sixty-four hectares in the heart of Haitang Bay. The services provided for this project included economic analysis, visioning, and conceptual master planning.
Seoul Grand Park, Seoul, South Korea
The Seoul Metropolitan Government sponsored a competition that attracted twenty-one entries from around the world, all aimed at improving public spaces for citizens and enhancing the site’s appeal as a regional and international tourist destination. The winning entry, titled "Gaia: The Living World," envisions an integrated entertainment and educational experience that revitalizes the urban environment while showcasing Korean heritage. Seoul Grand Park, a 560-hectare area that includes an existing zoo and amusement park, has served the community as a vital recreational and entertainment space for thirty years.
